A lesson can now be published publicly: it appears in the catalog in the Learn section and opens from a link without signing in. A lesson link shared in a messenger expands into a card with the position, the author and the number of exercises. Public pages of the site now share a single width.
The site now has a News section — a feed of posts about tournaments, broadcasts, federations, clubs and platform life. The feed can be filtered by topic, and articles also open inside the mobile apps. News is separate from What's New: events here, product updates there.
Release Notes is now called What's New. Every article shows platform labels, and the list can be filtered by Web, iOS, Android or Telegram.
The headline of this release is official tournament broadcasts on Chess Platform: rounds, games with clocks and position evaluation, and tournament standings under FIDE regulations. The Telegram app has an updated leaderboard and tournament list.
The headline of this release is the Chess Olympiads section: every edition since 1927, an all-time medal table and full coverage of Samarkand 2026. The landing page was rebuilt around what Chess Platform actually is — a platform layer for chess, not another chess site. Sign-in got three fixes that mattered in practice, and the interface now speaks 12 languages.
This release is about getting into the app and staying in control of your data. Password reset now works from the sign-in screen, the Google account picker lists every account on the device, and an age category decides whether optional analytics run at all — changeable at any time in Settings. Settings and the puzzle screen were tidied up along the way.
The headline of the release is game review: analysis moved out of a strip under the board into a screen of its own, with an evaluation graph, accuracy, move classifications and opening detection. A finished game can be exported to PGN with annotations or shared as a link, reviewed games are marked in your history, and the app now speaks 15 languages.
